In 1985, I was a Branch Manager for a commercial bank in Sweden and was approached by one of my customers about moving to the Central Valley to help him run a steel building component company he was starting up. I accepted and six months later we made Kingsburg our home. It was kind of ironic because Sun-Maid Raisins was something I was familiar with since my early childhood in Sweden.

After about 28 years in that industry, I decided it was time for a career change. The solar industry intrigued me since solar systems were often installed on the steel buildings and carport structures we supplied.

In October 2014 I made the move to the solar industry. Since then I have worked in the Commercial/Agricultural market for 2 1/2 years and 4 years in the Residential market offering the San Jose based premier SunPower brand PV-Solar and Battery Backup systems. I find great satisfaction in helping people cut their utility bills and avoid future price hikes.
